H1N1 Vaccination information

The H1N1 vaccination permission forms have been sent home with students.  Please return the forms as soon as possible.  An information sheet and permission form are attached to the home page.  We have not been informed as to what day or time our immunizations will take place.  We will inform you as soon as we have that information.
