Please see the Board of Education calendars for dates of Professional development days and school holidays for the 2009-2010 school year.

Lunch Supervision

The Regina Public School Board Trustees recently passed a policy which allows families within the school division to access their school lunch room program free of registration or daily costs. This decision is in keeping with the philosophy of equitable opportunities as outlined in Regina Public Schools Continuous Improvement Plan.

If your child is in Grade 1 to 8 and needs to stay for lunch, lunch room supervision is available to you. There will be no registration fee or daily charges for this program. Please recognize that this is not a drop in program. If you wish to access the lunch room program at any time during the school year a registration form must be completed prior to the student being allowed to attend. Pleae review and sign the Parent/Student agreement and Lunchroom Information with your child.

Whenever possible, students within walking distance from the school are encouraged to go home during the lunch break. The change from the school setting often makes for a restful break.
