September 14, 2022 -- At the Organizational Meeting of the Regina Board of Education held last evening, Tara Molson was declared elected by acclamation to the office of Chairperson, effective immediately, and Sarah Cummings Truszkowski was declared elected by acclamation to the position of Vice-Chairperson, effective immediately.

In addition, the Board adopted the following motion:

School Cash Online Info: We will not be accepting cash transactions. All lunchroom and other fees will be posted to schools cash online.

A before and after program is a private daycare program that is operated in the school by a third party vendor for a fee.  Sandcastles Daycare previously rented space in Ethel Milliken School to run a before and after school program for families at Ethel Milliken School. Unfortunately, Sandcastles Daycare did not renew their lease with Regina Public Schools. The purpose of this survey is to determine the level of interest in a before and after program at Ethel Milliken.  These survey results will be shared with division office to determine next steps.

We will be fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society on Tuesday-Friday of next week. Students are encouraged to bring toonies for Terry. The class who brings the most toonies and raises the most money will win a pizza lunch! We will participate in a school wide Terry Fox walk on Friday, September 16.
