For this year's parent forum, Regina Public Schools will present an evening with Chief Evan Bray titled, "Community Wellness Equals Community Safety" on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Campus Regina Public. Everyone is welcome but seating is limited so please RSVP to email@example.com or call (306) 523-3000 by March 29th if you wish to attend.
Every involved parent can make a difference. We need you! Your children need you! Our Ethel Milliken School Community Council (EMSCC) needs you!
Research shows children with involved parents:
- get better grades and score higher on tests
- attend school regularly
- have better social skills
- get their homework done
- more positive about school
- are more likely to graduate and to on to higher education
Our Ethel Milliken Remembrance Day Service will be on Friday, November 9th at 10:45am. We invite our families to attend this very special service. We will have an Indigenous Veteran, Darren Tanner, and a drummer, Jeff Longman, present for our Remembrance Day Service. We are committed to moving forward in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation.
We have three way conferences on Thursday, March 14th for our kindergarten students and Friday, March 15th for our kindergarten to grade 8 students. This is a powerful way for parents to be involved. Be sure to book a time on line for a scheduled time to meet with your child's teacher to discuss your child's progress - https://reginapublic.schoolsoft.com
