The SCC is once again hosting a gift card wreath raffle. Click here for the link. Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. There will be 3 winners drawn. Each winner will receive a wreath with a selection of gift cards worth $625.00.

Congratulations to Saifia who did an incredible job as principal! She met with our superintendent, our trustee, the Director of Education and the SCC vice-chair. She did the morning announcements, supervision, enjoyed a hot beverage and a lunch of her choice, sent out her weekly memo and a variety of other tasks. It was a pleasure to have her running our school. Best of all, we raised $558.00 for the United Way from the Principal for the Day contest. Our SCC is once again selling school clothing. All orders must be placed online and will be delivered to the school. Help Keep Our School Zones Safe!

A new school year is upon us and soon school zones will be busy. It is an exciting time for students but unfortunately, congested school zones can be dangerous.

Our staff is back in the building and working hard to be ready for our new and returning students! Families can expect an EDSBY message or email from their child's teacher Thursday or Friday with information about what to bring and where to meet on the first day of school.
