Wow - the treasure hunt has been a success so far! We have loved seeing everyone’s pictures, meeting families at the treasure box, and hearing how excited the kids have been to participate!

With the nice weather and high volume of families passing through, we are starting to run low on treasure. Rather than keeping the hunt going until the 30th, we will close up once all the treasure has been claimed. Remember, one treasure per hunter!

Our foodbank fundraiser has officially surpassed the bins that the Regina Foodbank supplied us for gathering donations! Way to go eagles! Remember, the class who collects the most cans will win a pizza party. The can collection ends on Tuesday, May 24.

A big shout out to our SCC and the staff, parents and students who came to refresh the playground on Sunday! Everything looks amazing! Great work.

Our student SRC leadership team is collecting cans for the food bank. There are 2 bins in our front entry for canned goods. Teachers will keep track of the number of cans brought by students and the class with the most cans will win a prize! Students will also be participating in an Andy Warhol inspired can art contest! Drop you cans off in the front entry of our school or send them with your student. Community donations are welcome and encouraged.

APRIL 4, 2022 -- Anxiety, worry and stress are something we all feel, and sometimes we may need help. Mental health supports are available to help you if and when you need it. Listed below are some helpful resources.

HealthLine 811 - offers mental health and addictions service, including 24/7 crisis support, advice to help manage a caller’s situation, information and connection to community resources.

This event is free of charge for all parents and caregivers in Regina Public Schools and should provide some excellent information from informative speakers! The new date is Wednesday, May 4 at 7:00 pm. See the attached poster for more details and information on how to sign up!
