Just a reminder that the SHA will be hosting a vaccination clinic in our gym on Thursday, March 3 for students, families and community members requiring first, second or third Covid-19 vaccine doses. If you wish to have your child vaccinated, you must be present at the school for the vaccination. Make sure you have your health card.
- Parents/guardians must accompany their child/ren to their in school COVID vaccination. Please bring child’s health card with you. If you do not have access to your child’s health card – please discuss with the onsite Vaccine lead.
- Parents/guardians will be required to pass COVID/Health Screening by the Vaccination team.
