First Day of School Information

Staff will be working hard to ensure everything will be ready for the first day of school. You can expect to hear from the school the week of September 1-4 by phone and/or e-mail with important details about start up. New registrations will be placed into our system beginning August 27 and will also be contacted the week of September 1-4. Please be patient as we work hard to ensure we are ready for our students! If you haven't registered yet, we encourage you to do so online.

Updates to School Start 2020

There are some updates following the government's announcement postponing school until September 8. Here is some of the most important information. Additional, school specific information will be shared on this website as it becomes available!

1. Staggered Start grade 1-8: We will begin with a staggered start. September 8 and 10 students in grades 1-8 with legal last names beginning A-K will attend school only. September 9 and 11 students with legal last names beginning L-Z will attend school only. Regular grade 1-8 classes will begin September 14.

School Re-Opening Update

August 17, 2020 -- Update for school families about the return to school

Following a Facebook announcement by the Premier of Saskatchewan on Saturday, August 15, 2020, school classes for students will not resume until Tuesday, September, 8th.

Start up 2020 Updates

Thank you for your patience as we begin to plan for the safest possible return to school for our Milliken staff and students. Please continue to check this website regularly as updates will be posted frequently in the upcoming days and weeks.

Registrations submitted by e-mail: If you registered by e-mail over the summer months, your registration will be processed the week of August 17. You should hear from the school regarding your student's registration at that time.

Grade 8 Farewell "The Millies"

Staff of Ethel Milliken are pleased and proud to present our first ever virtual farewell, "The Millies; Dressed for Success". This epic event will begin at 7:00 pm for our grade 8 students and their families. Grade 8 families are encouraged to log on to google meet 10-15 minutes ahead of the program for some technical guidance and to enhance your viewing and listening pleasure! We are so excited to broadcast live! Congratulations grade 8 class of 2020!
