Do you know a child who will be 5 years old before December 31, 2024 and who lives in the Ethel Milliken attendance area?
At home learning supports
We have had several inquiries from families asking for full time at home learning because they are choosing not to send their children to school. It is important to note that See Saw and Google classroom are in place to support in-person learning. Students are expected to come to school unless they are ill or are required to self-isolate. See Saw and Google Classroom are not for full time at home learning. Families wishing to have their children learning from home need to register with e-school, e-school will not be taking new student registrations until January 25.
COVID Case Identified, School Remains Open
December 1, 2020 – the Saskatchewan Health Authority informed us that there was one case of COVID-19 in an individual at Ethel Milliken School.
For the safety of students and staff, and in consultation with Public Health, we have informed all close contacts and provided them information about self-isolation. The affected students and class will begin remote learning and will not return to the school until December 14th. Remote Learning will begin for those students on December 3rd.
Letters will be sent to all school families on Wednesday, December 2, 2020.
Covid 19
A Covid 19 case has been identified in one classroom at our school. The affected classroom and close contacts will self-isolate until Saturday, December 12. The impacted classroom will participate in remote learning from Thursday, December 3-Friday December 11 inclusive. All other students are welcome to be at school and the school remains open. All families will be receiving a letter from Regina Public Schools tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and your commitment to health and safety in our school and community.

Please keep an eye out on your child's google classroom and See Saw for an important permission letter. We can't contain our excitement or our talent. Our eagles are amazing!
