We have some new and very detailed forms for students with life-threatening conditions. These conditions include but are not limited to anaphylaxis, seizure disorders, cardiac conditions and severe asthma. If your child has a life-threatening condition, please e-mail ethelmilliken@rbe.sk.ca or phone the school at 306 791-8489 with the name of your student and the life-threatening condition and we will send the appropriate package of new forms to you. Please complete the forms and return them to the school as soon as possible so that we can ensure that we have all of the necessary information in the event of an emergency.
